1. A large vertical five-axis mechanism driven by full servo motors and ball screws, with dual heads and dual stations. Two identical products can be fastened at the same time, and while one station is fastening, the other station can be loaded or unloaded.
2. Up to four 256×256 mm modules can be placed on one side. With the large fixture design, a single operator can run two machines.
3. Equipped with a servo screwdriver and a magnetic linear scale, supporting multiple fastening modes: torque mode, time mode and depth mode, freely switchable.
4. Both sides are equipped with precision vibratory bowl feeders. Screw changeover only requires replacing 3-4 parts and can be completed within 15 minutes.
5. CCD vision supports Mark point positioning by image capture, with modes such as shoot-then-fasten and fasten-while-shooting.
6. Comprehensive data logging: the fastening torque, fastening time, OK/NG result and depth value of every screw are saved and can be reviewed at any time.
