1. Stainless steel bowl designed specifically for medium and large screws, with an optimised screw pitch and climbing angle for smooth feeding.
2. The bowl is rubber coated to suppress noise and reduce wear.
3. Precision high-frequency vibration base supplied with a matching frequency controller, giving stable and reliable vibration.
4. Precision screw singulation mechanism; changeover is very simple and only requires replacing the fork, screw track and similar parts, and can be completed within 3 minutes.
