The automatic screw and washer assembly machine (model HRD-BL52) assembles screws and washers automatically: screws are fed from a vibratory bowl and washers from a second vibratory bowl, and the two are joined by a vacuum pick-up mechanism. It replaces manual assembly and improves assembly consistency and efficiency.
1. Vibratory bowl feeding for both screws and washers; stable feeding and less manual loading.
2. Vacuum pick-up assembly with a controlled joining motion, reducing missing or wrongly placed washers.
3. Desktop structure, overall size 850×700×950 mm and about 70 kg; compact footprint, easy to place on a production line.
4. AC220V 50Hz power supply and 0.6 MPa air supply; it can be used in a standard workshop environment.
Suitable for assembly processes in the electronics, home appliance and automotive parts industries that require combined screw and washer feeding, and can be used together with automatic screw driving equipment.
