Panoramic vision inspection machine with an upper wide-field CCD and a lower three-axis CCD, checking all 16 screw fastening points on a car door component in a single pass. 1. A dual-CCD vision inspection machine developed by Honred specifically for a new-energy vehicle manufacturer. The upper unit is a panoramic wide-field camera, while the lower CCD is carried by a three-axis motion unit to photograph the texture of the car door component.
2. A self-developed deep-learning algorithm checks the fastening completeness of all 16 screws in a single pass and judges OK / NG within milliseconds.
3. The lower camera identifies pattern, colour and other features to determine whether the texture of the car door component is correct.
