Compact desktop three-axis screw machine with handheld-controller programming, a servo screwdriver and a choice of blow-feed or vacuum-pick models. 1. Single head, single station with handheld-controller programming; up to 1,000 programs can be stored and a single program supports at least 2,000 programming points.
2. Equipped with a servo screwdriver; multi-stage torque and speed can be set for more precise fastening.
3. Both vacuum-pick and blow-feed models are available; the blow-feed model can be programmed for combined tightening and loosening, so screws can be driven and removed.
4. An external touchscreen is provided for setting torque and other parameters.
