Equipment Description

The vertical four-axis adsorption vision screw machine adds CCD vision positioning to a four-axis motion platform. It first photographs the workpiece to recognise the Mark points or fastening positions, then drives the fastening mechanism to pick and drive screws point by point. It is suitable for workpieces with many fastening points and high positioning accuracy requirements.

2. Four-axis motion; fastening coordinates and sequence are set in the program, with support for multiple recipes.

3. Adsorption type screw pick-up, suitable for special specifications or screws that are difficult to feed by blowing.

4. Stroke, fixtures and feeding solution can be customised, and the machine can be integrated into a production line.
