Equipment Description

The screw and washer fitting machine (model HRD-BL52) automatically fits washers onto screws: screws are fed from a vibratory bowl and washers from a second vibratory bowl, and a vacuum pick-up mechanism completes the fitting. It replaces manual assembling and improves assembly consistency and efficiency.

Machine Features

1. Vibratory bowl feeding for both screws and washers; stable feeding and less manual loading.

2. Vacuum pick-up fitting with a controlled action, reducing missing or wrongly placed washers. One pick-up and one press make the motion simple and reliable.

3. Compact machine frame, overall size 850×700×950 mm and about 70 kg; small footprint and easy to place on a production line.

4. AC220V 50Hz power supply and 0.6 MPa air supply; it can be used in a standard workshop environment.
