Equipment Description

The Honred in-line coating machine is used for surface coating processes on electronic circuit boards and similar workpieces. It uses an in-line conveyor structure, so it can be linked with upstream and downstream equipment to form a continuous production line, or run as a standalone unit.

Applications

Suitable for PCB conformal coating and surface protection of electronic assemblies, typically found in 3C electronics, automotive electronics, home appliances and new energy manufacturing.

Please provide the workpiece size, coating material and film thickness requirement, target capacity and line interface conditions. Honred will recommend the model, stroke and configuration. The machine is designed and built in-house, supports non-standard customisation, and delivery includes solution design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, operator training and after-sales service.

Machine Features

1. X, Y and Z three-axis motion accurately performs selective spraying that avoids non-coated areas such as connectors on various circuit boards.

2. Accurate selective-area spraying on various circuit boards.

3. Multi-path spraying such as dot coating, line coating and curve coating, so high-density and complex circuit boards can be coated.

4. Component edges are coated evenly, eliminating the spray shadow effect.

5. The new model has a lengthened and widened design: maximum width 500 mm, and the maximum length allows three 250 modules to be sprayed at the same time.
