Robotic arm cabinet screw fastening machine — a six-axis robot arm with an external blow-and-pick fastening unit, used for fastening LED display cabinets. 1. Dual-fixture, two-station design: while one fixture is fastening, the other fixture is used for assembly work.
2. A six-axis robot arm carries an external blow-and-pick fastening unit. The machine is equipped with one screw feeder using blow feeding and vacuum-pick fastening, which avoids the inefficiency of long-travel repeated screw pick-up.
3. Handheld-controller programming and a long-reach robot arm, suitable for cabinets of various sizes.
