Equipment Description

The vertical three-axis adsorption screw machine uses an X, Y and Z three-axis motion structure together with vacuum pick-up of screws. It picks a screw from the feeding mechanism, moves to the fastening coordinate and drives it, making it suitable for workpieces that require many fastening points or accurate fastening positions.

1. Three-axis motion; fastening coordinates and sequence are set in the program, so switching products only requires changing the recipe.

2. Vacuum pick-up of screws, suitable for screw specifications and fastening angles that are difficult to feed by blowing.

3. Stroke and fixtures can be customised to the workpiece size and fastening point layout.

4. Can be linked with upstream and downstream equipment to form a continuous automated line.
