Equipment Description

The 8-meter 12-story custom drying line is a conveyor-type companion unit for the automatic module drying system. Its multi-level vertical layout provides a long drying travel within a small floor area, allowing parts to air-dry or cure naturally after dispensing, potting or coating.

Structure & Features

1. 8 meters long with 12 levels; both the number of levels and the length can be customised to the available floor space and the required process dwell time.

2. Can be linked with automatic screw driving machines, dispensing machines, potting machines and coating machines to form a continuous line.

3. Conveyor speed is adjustable to match the takt time of the adjacent equipment.

4. Modular structure for easier transport, on-site installation and later expansion.

5. The entry and exit lifts use high-power braked servo motors with ball screws, so boards transfer in and out of every level precisely and smoothly.

6. Complete board-drop detection and alarm functionality.

Applications

Suitable for processes that require dwell time, such as air drying after module dispensing, curing wait after potting, or surface drying after coating. Commonly used in LED display module, electronic assembly and new energy production lines.
