Equipment Features

1. Dual X-axis + dual Z-axis structure: one X1Z1 axis is used for fastening magnet sleeve screws, while the other X2Z2 axis is used for dispensing glue and pressing magnet plates. Both operate synchronously and share the Y-axis.

2. Magnet sleeves are fed by a vibratory bowl feeder, or alternatively by a feeding box; magnet plates are separated by a special magnet sorting mechanism.

3. The Y-axis moves back and forth: it first goes under the Z1 axis to fasten the magnet sleeve, then moves under the Z2 axis for glue dispensing and magnet plate pressing.

4. Both XZ assemblies are independent mechanisms, so they can pick up magnet sleeves and magnet plates and wait above the coordinate positions for the Y-axis to arrive, reducing travel distance and improving efficiency.

5. Cabinet size can be customized according to the product.
